If you want to do something meaningful and have a passion for delivering amazing business outcomes, we have need for a PMO Manager to help govern the delivery of IS portfolios to time objectives. You will ideally have a passion for mentoring and coaching team members to create an engaging environment for individuals to flourish. As part of an engaging environment you will be an ambassador for continuous improvement throughout the PMO function, working closely with Portfolio and Project Managers to identify, design and implement improvement to governance and delivery frameworks.

It is important that you are familiar with programme and project delivery lifecycles as the main areas of the role will include a heavy focus on; project tracking and reporting, governance of finance, risk and resourcing. As you will be working across several departments of the business, it is imperative that you have exceptional stakeholder management skills with the ability to balance diplomacy and tact with assertiveness.

We are looking for an individual who is alert to connections between information and activities to highlight dependencies, risks and opportunities to present back to the department which they may be unaware of in their own spheres of activity. In order to succeed in this role it is expected that you will be qualified to degree level, or equivalent and will ideally hold a MSP, P30 or PRINCE2 qualification.
