A well known Automotive Manufacturer requires a Business Process Improvement Analyst to join them on a contract basis initially until the end of March 2018 with strong likelihood of extension thereafter. To be based in Warwick.

Position Description:

The Opportunity Trading Division (TD) is a growing division within the business. Its primary role is to support the development and advancement of new markets through the construction of a global supply chain network, and also support the production of vehicles outside of the UK, in turn making our business a truly global player. TDs secondary role is to leverage the existing capability to support sourcing of products for UK manufacture / aftermarket / branded goods and entrepreneurial opportunities. The team will establish significant cross functional stakeholder relationships, evaluate and harness global cost & supplier opportunities and be at the forefront of developing our function to support the company??s aspirations to grow our organisation.

As Process Lead you'll have a process thinking mind-set and process-literacy, with the ability to lead the deployment of new processes into the business, delivering coaching and guidance. You'll be an advocate and leader in the continual improvement of processes owned by us, using LEAN principles, and the application of best practice process improvement methodologies.

Skills Required:

- Experience of using ARIS toolset for process modelling (ESSENTIAL)
- Experience of cross functional process development
- Proven experience of identifying and delivering process improvements

Key Accountabilities and Responsibilities

- Act as the enterprise lead for Trading Division's End 2 End (E2E) process
- Be responsible for the definition and governance of the E2E process
- Ensure readily accessible and consumable process definition assets (processes, procedures, working instructions) that comprehensively describe all elements of the E2E processes, and through all levels of process definition
- Manage delivery of a list of cross-functional process issues that urgently need to be addressed to allow business capability; define and drive the process improvement agenda, based on organisation capability assessments and lessons learned
- Update and review regularly the E2E process landscape
