We are currently seeking a Recruitment Resourcer to join our successful in-house recruitment team for a 12 month Fixed Term Contract to help us to continue driving Police Mutual's direct sourcing strategy and attract great candidates to work in our growing and ambitious Financial Services organisation.

The successful candidate will have previous recruitment/resourcing experience, with a strong focus on candidate experience. We have a successful team, with resourcing backgrounds and we are looking for somebody to join us who can hit the ground running and complement the skills and experience we already have.

In this role you will....
• Carry out selection activity on behalf of and in support of Recruiting Managers, undertaking pre-selection activity as required.
• Work with the rest of the Resourcing Team to ensure that the candidate experience of the recruitment process upholds the values of the Police Mutual Group
• Work directly with the Resourcing Consultants, Recruiting Managers and HR Business Partners to define the requirements and agree a robust recruitment plan which identifies key areas of recruitment activity
• Attend business area departmental/team meetings regularly in order to reinforce key messages about the Recruitment & Selection Processes and build your stakeholder relationships
• Become familiar with and use the appropriate recruitment databases to proactively source quality applicants

What we need from you???.

• Knowledge of the full recruitment life cycle
• Experience of a range of attraction & selection methodologies especially innovative sourcing solutions
• Significant experience of in-house professional technical recruitment
• Working knowledge of the use of social media and other direct sourcing techniques
• The ability to juggle a number of varied roles and projects
• The ability to learn new skills and processes quickly
