In this Teaching Assistant position you will be assigned to a class in Key Stage 2 and you will be assisting with the organising, planning, and preparation of lessons, learning valuable skills as you help to deliver outstanding lessons. The school are looking for a graduate who is able to form relationships with others swiftly and show a genuine enthusiasm and desire to teach.

The Headteacher wants graduates who can display a passion for education that ignites a love for learning amongst their pupils and to make or exceed expected levels of progress. You will be classroom based working on a 1:1 and small group basis and over time you will be able to get involved in intervention groups outside of the classroom.
