For this SEN Learning Support Assistant you must be a gifted graduate who has at least received a 2:1 in your degree and already spent time in a role where you worked closely with children. The ideal candidate will have the ability to present a variety of explanations that every pupil will be able to engage with. The ideal individual should be able to maintain a high level of enthusiasm and productivity in all their classes throughout the school day. This post requires a graduate who has the skills to show a caring attitude towards SEN and show respect to both staff, and pupils.

In this SEN Teaching Assistant post you will be providing additional support to individual pupils or small groups to enable them to overcome barriers to learning and make or exceed expected levels of progress. Working closely with the SENCO to develop and meet the needs of as many pupils as possible from the Inclusion Register.
