Cream Health Care is an established, respected, healthcare agency which has grown rapidly. The role of Care Worker is vital to meet the needs of residential homes that rely on our staff to ensure staffing levels are adequate to ensure care is provided to elderly residents with dignity and respect. We supply staff to homes in and around Stone and Stafford - we are so busy with loads of unfilled shifts each week!

As a Care Worker you will be responsible for:

* Providing personal care to residents
* Providing support and encouragement to Residents in all areas / activities of daily living.
* Ensuring the respect, dignity and rights to privacy of Residents as far as possible.
* Work as part of a team along with permanent staff at each home

As a Care Worker with Cream Care you will:

* Have a minimum of six months experience in a Residential setting for the elderly
* Have completed all mandatory training.
* Ideally have your own transport

In return you will be offered:

* work that could vary between 12 hours to 40+ hours a week.
* various shifts to meet the hours you want - as an experienced Care Assistant you choose, Early, Lates or Nights.

Enhanced DBS Required for this role. Cost to be paid by Applicant GBP45. However applicants registered with Update Service for DBS will not to have incur this cost.
