Offering a superior service of residential care, short breaks and outreach for Young People with physical, learning and / or emotional and behavioural difficulties, a warm welcome awaits you at Inspire, one of our well renowned CareTech services. Our well established service in Cannock is seeking caring, compassionate and committed Team Leaders to provide the support that allows our amazing Young People to lead ordinary lives. Whilst the role of a Team Leader offers variety, superb progression opportunities and training, it takes a courageous and committed individual to really succeed at the role. You will have previous experience of being a Support Worker within a children's Residential setting, along with a positive attitude, friendly persona and a caring nature. You will also hold a Level 3 NVQ / QCF Diploma in Children & Young People, or equivalent.
We have over 250 Services as far North as Inverness and as far South as Kent, and all areas in between. Due to ongoing expansion, we are now looking for Team Leaders in Cannock to come and join us. We are looking for enthusiastic, person-centred individuals who share the same passion for care as we do!
Our Young People have varied likes and interests, whether this be dancing, baking, art or sports; sometimes they need support and this is where you come in to help them live fulfilling and independent lives.

This is a full time position and will work on a shift rota. If you are caring, compassionate and a good communicator and would like to commit to the first stage of the process, get in touch today! Please note, a driver is preferred due to the location and the requirements of the service.
