SEN Primary Teaching assistant - Walsall - GBP65-73 per day

A SEN primary school in Walsall are seeking an SEN Teaching Assistant to join their ever-expanding team.

The role will involve working one to one or small groups with children in KS1 & KS2 with low levels of education, providing a personal approach towards the child and following the child's IEP's. Helping with schoolwork under the supervision of the teacher, preparing learning materials and encouraging the child to be confident and independent. Implementing and enforcing positive behaviour. This role is working with children with challenging behaviours and team teach is used within the school.

To be part of this team you will need to be:

*Minimum of a Level 2 Award in Supporting Teaching and Learning in Schools.
*Experience supporting SEN Children within an educational setting
*Able to control a child with challenging behaviour
*A passion for working with children
