We're looking for an Associate Director with a quantitative back ground to join our team to take ownership for one of our most prestigious long standing multifaceted projects, surveying nearly half a millions students across 450 institutions. You'll need to demonstrate solid research experience, strong project management skills, confidence working with complex data and managing and developing people. You'll be responsible for delivering a project that generates meaningful insights which has a real impact for students, universities and higher education.

This role offers true variety from working on a complex quantitative study testing your project management skills, to incorporating qualitative methodologies, client management and team management. You'll be working with students, universities and creative agencies designing the promotional material to engage with students, so you'll need to be able to flex your approach and be comfortable communicating with people at all levels in a variety of organisations.

Working closely with our Research team, you will be accountable for end to end project management which ultimately results in providing accurate analysis and interpretation of data. Responsibilities will include managing large data sets, sampling and processing, questionnaire design and testing using qualitative methodologies, supplier briefing and management, budgets and reviewing and signing off project documents. Leading the team, you'll have knowledgeable about different techniques and how to apply them in our work and be recognised internally as an expert.

Alongside the usual skills we look for from an Associate Director ??? exceptional organisational skills, strong analysis skills, a positive approach to problem solving and great at building client relationships. We are looking for someone with who has a proven background in setting up and delivering large complex research projects, has advanced skills in excel and SPSS and is experienced at working in a client focused environment working. You'll be an inspirational leader who isn't afraid to get involved in all aspects of the project - titles are designed to give us some structure but this is a small team with no hierarchy.
