Litigation Manager required for an exciting permanent opportunity working for a well established business based in Worcestershire. You will be be playing a pivotal role within the business where you will working closely with the Accounts Receivable Manager, and be responsible providing professional advice to internal stakeholders relating to contractual/construction debt matters and claims whilst managing the credit risk for the business. You will also be required to provide professional advice to Project Managers & Directors and business management on debt recovery and other issues relating to client accounts; and oversee advice provided by the Paralegal.
This in an excellent opportunity for an experienced legal professional looking for a new and exciting challenge. You must have a professional legal qualification and have a legal practising certificate. You must also have experience in drafting legal claims/court documents and conducting client negotiations. Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Excel and excellent interpersonal skills are essential.
