You will be working within a short stay crisis unit, working with Children with emotional and behavioural difficulties, supporting them to live fulfilling lives
You will possess a QCF or NVQ Level 3 Diploma in Children & Young People's Workforce, or working towards

At I&A Services, part of the CareTech group, we are currently recruiting for Support Workers for our brand new, recently renovated Children's Service set in a peaceful rural location on the outskirts of Ross-on-Wye. The service provides a safe, nurturing environment where support can be given to young people who, due to specific challenging life episodes, are experiencing crisis in their lives. The service provides the opportunity for young people to have their needs assessed so future support services can implement effective planning to meet their needs. We pride ourselves on providing a safe, warm and nurturing environment with a high standard of care and accommodation for children, ensuring of an excellent delivery of care; we are therefore seeking caring, compassionate and committed Team Leaders to help shape the new team and provide the support that allows our amazing young people to lead ordinary lives.
We have over 250 Services as far North as Inverness and as far South as Kent, and all areas in between. Due to a brand new development opening, we are now looking for Team Leaders in Peterborough to come and join us. We are looking for enthusiastic, person-centred individuals who share the same passion for care as we do!
Our Young People have varied likes and interests, whether this be dancing, cooking, art or sports; sometimes they need support and this is where you come in to help them live fulfilling and independent lives.
