Amber Arch, one of the UK's longest established mystery shopping companies, is looking for a new team member. We want someone enthusiastic, with a high grade in English Language (min grade B at GCSE), who works well under stress, to help deal with thousands of mystery shopping jobs.

This role will involve direct contact with our shoppers, finding the right shopper for the right job and ensuring the jobs have been completed correctly, in accordance with the client's brief. You will also be keying in mystery shop reports and proof reading reports that our data entry team have completed. Once proof read, the reports will be sent direct to our clients. From time to time you may also be asked to carry out mystery shopping jobs. A full driving licence is essential. Amber Arch is fast pace environment with always something to do, you will never be bored or stuck for something to keep you busy.

We will offer you a flexible, friendly working environment Monday to Friday, 5 weeks holiday per annum, salary GBP16,000pa

This is initially a 12 month contract, with a view to a permanent role.
