We are urgently recruiting for Teaching Assistants to work in our Primary schools acrossStaffordshiree. Our clients are in need of TA's who can provide good quality learning support and guidance for their pupils in their classrooms. Roles vary, in some schools you may be expected to be a TA for the whole classroom, in others you may be required to specifically provide support for a particular pupil.

TA's are expected to be dedicated and have high expectations who can motivate and inspire children ensuring learning is fun. In return, you will be working in schools that provide a safe and caring environment for its pupils and also a supportive environment for yourself.

We are looking to appoint someone who can/ will:

*Liaise with a range of children and staff, planning and implementing a high standard of support with an aim of early prevention and raising attainment

*Offers support and advice working within agreed policies, protocols and procedure

*Support implementation, delivery and assessment of current and new initiatives

*Maintain a high level of safeguarding procedures and confidentiality at all times

*Report and maintain records, including data
