A leading global manufacturer of high precision components is looking to recruit a HR & Training Co-ordinator to support the global HR function with the delivery of a value-added HR service across the organisation. You will be involved in supporting the global HR leadership team, talent acquisition and development, reward and benefits, operational HR and HR projects and systems.

Commutable from: Derby, Burton-on-Trent, Lichfield, Tamworth, Cannock, Sutton Coldfield

Salary: £20,000 - £25,000 p.a + Pension + Benefits

Suitable for: HR Assistant, Training Co-ordinator, Learning & Development Coordinator, HR Administrator, HR graduate, HR Co-ordinator

The Role

Reporting into the HR Function, you will be responsible for;
Data gathering and analysis on a range of topics, providing reports, summary findings and proposed recommendations.
Co-ordinating centralised training, including event booking, delegate administration, managing training analytics, and negotiating terms and conditions with venues.
Supporting Talent Acquisition through managing vacancy postings and interview arrangements, supporting new starters on-board and managing social media presence.
Providing support to the HR Leadership Team, including diary management, travel arrangements, report and presentation preparation, monthly expenses and general administration.
Acting as the primary point of contact for UK-based personal injury claims, ensuring requests for information are handled promptly, maintaining the database, and providing status reports as necessary to Environment, Health and Safety and the Group Company Secretary.

The Person

The ideal candidate will be a graduate with some exposure of data analysis and reporting, with the ability to present findings to senior management.
Intermediate or advanced level Microsoft Office skills are essential.
Articulate, in order to support the preparation of reports and presentations for a senior audience.
A proven ability to work to deadlines, manage changing priorities and handle inputs from multiple sources.
Analytical with a good attention to detail.
Comfortable with a range of communication methods to suit the situation, from telephone to Skype and face-to-face discussions.
