An established provider of social housing in the West Midlands is looking for an experienced Transport Administrator; to hit the ground running and acting as the first point of contact for internal customers and suppliers and provide administrative support to the Transport team.

Key Duties:

- Responsible for receiving vehicle breakdown and defect reports, and actioning said reports with suppliers and contractors within the appropriate timeframe
- Taking photographs of vehicle damage and uploading the pictures to the bespoke software systems
- Raising purchase orders and processing goods received documentation
- Carrying out quality control checks on suppliers after vehicle repairs having been carried out

Key Criteria:

- Knowledge of working in a transport office and having knowledge of tachograph systems and analysis is highly desirable
- A clean driving license and access to own vehicle is essential
- Knowledge of commerical vehicles (preferably with mechanical knowledge) is desirable

The successful Transport Administrator will be immediately available and understand the need to communicate clearly with suppliers, customers and other members of the Transport Team via administrative support.
