We are looking for an enthusiastic and driven school leaver to join our Private Clients team based in our Oldbury office.

Our school leaver programme is your opportunity to gain professional qualifications and a salaried job without the expense of higher education. What you can expect

Our school leaver programme lasts five years and allows you to combine work experience with studies for professional qualifications in tax.

Support will be provided to study for and obtain the Association of Taxation Technicians (ATT) qualification. The ATT are the leading professional body for those providing UK tax compliance services. For more details visit the ATT’s website.

After obtaining the ATT and consolidating your knowledge, you will be encouraged to study for the Chartered Tax Adviser (CTA) qualification. Successful completion of this qualification means you will have obtained the coveted title of Chartered Tax Adviser - the equivalent of a Chartered Accountant, just specialising in tax. Entry requirements

We want to talk with you if you have achieved:

  • BBC (or equivalent UCAS points) from three A Levels (or equivalent)
  • GCSE grades B or above in English Language and Maths

School leavers will join our higher apprenticeship programme for two years. Our programme is designed to help you develop your business skills while completing formal training and studying towards your CFAB qualifications.
