Business Developer:

Interaction Recruitment are delighted to be supporting an expanding home-grown business who currently operate at 10 million pounds turnover in their quest to add something extra to their already successful sales team.

Operating within a very niche market the role will support the sales office manager and field sales executive in bringing new sales opportunities into the business.

You will need to be market research driven, have the ability to hunt out information through the use of Google, company websites, companies house, linked in, twitter, Facebook, Instagram and any other platforms.

Once you have homed in on this information you will contact the businesses to conduct further research and identify key decision makers in the business.

You will need to have a keen eye for detail, a love of research and confidence over the phone as you will be speaking with gate keepers and key decision makers.

The opportunities that this company can offer in the future are endless, and the role would suit someone who has been heavily involved in research in their previous role, is target orientated with an enthusiastic approach.
