Customer Services Officer - Permanent position / 12 month contract position
We’re looking for two individuals with excellent communication skills and previous customer service experience to join our First Mortgage Servicing department as a Customer Services Officer. If you already have an understanding of mortgages this could be the perfect role for you.
Purpose of the role
To represent the organisation in a professional manner whilst providing excellent customer service.
Duties and responsibilities
Provide accurate and timely information in response to customer enquires Interpret customers instructions and action in accordance with company procedures and processes
Manage, organise and update relevant information on computer systems
Perform these tasks within the service level agreements of the division
Represent the organisation in a highly professional manner at all times
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Ability to understand the core of a customer’s issue
Basic understanding of mortgages
Qualifications and experience
Grade C or above GCSE (or equivalent) in English and Mathematics and previous customer service experience is required.
37.5 hours per week, Monday to Friday, 8.30am to 5.00pm (one hour for lunch).
Relevant training will be provided
