We are recruiting for a Customer Service Assistant on behalf of our client based in Stafford .

Duties and Responsibilities of a Administrator

- Interprets Customer requirements based upon telephone calls/e-mails received
- Records and enters Customer requirements to CRM system in a timely and accurate manner
- Liaises with service network to schedule timely completion of Customer orders
- Resolves Customer technical enquires by obtaining information and calling Customers back
- Updates Customers of issues/delays on orders and offers suitable solutions
- Provides sales results and information by preparing and submitting shift summary report
- Performs final processing/administration of orders received
- Maintains Customer/supplier records
- Maintains quality service by following organization standards
- Maintains technical knowledge by attending educational workshops
- Promotes products by suggesting related products, offering quality discounts or special promotions
- Initiates orders via outgoing telesales calls
- Liaises with Sales Area Mangers/Depot & Operations Managers/Service Manager for Customer orders and technical information.

- Location: Staffordshire
- £8.00-8.50 per Hour.
- Hours: Mon-Fri 37.5 Hrs Per Week
- Temporary to Permanent
