On behalf of NCR - Rapid Resource are looking for a Project Administrator; co-ordinator to work for the Finance Division based in Holford Way, Birmingham B6.

The position is an immediate requirement -

You will be required to assist in managing the administration of the functions below:

Role Description:

- Trunking and Logistics [this is the co-ordination of our deliveries and collections with our external partners and RICO].
- Management of NCR Parts [this is done primarily through ES, an Oracle based system].
- General administration of our ATM Staging function [managed using QuickBase and MS Excel in tandem].

You must have proven experience in a similar role to be considered for the position.

Key Skills:

- Microsoft Office (all packages) Intermediate to Advanced user.
- Project Co-ordination and delivery.
- Logistics planning experience is an advantage
- Oracle and/or SAP knowledge & experience - o Candidate will be required to provide user experience examples.

- Handling external and internal communication via Skype for Business and MS Outlook.

Terms of Engagement:

£100 per day

90 day contract cycle.

Working Hours: 08:00 to 16:00 Mon-Fri. flexibility required to adjust to 09:00 to 17:00 as and when required.

PC will be provided.

Own travel.

Whilst primarily based at Holford, you may be expected to base yourself at any of our operational locations (Decom @ B46 1JU, Refurb @ B69 4JL and Staging B6 7AX).
