1st/2nd line IT Support Analyst - £20k - £30k Office, Windows, SQL £20k - £30k Marlow, Buckinghamshire 1st/2nd line IT Support Analyst required to join a software company based in Marlow, Buckinghamshire. The company are currently expanding and looking to add a 1st/2nd line IT Support Analyst to their existing service desk team. Examples of responsibilities: Providing 1st/2nd line support of the company's product range via telephone and email Escalating high priority requests to ensure all problems are resolved as quickly and efficiently as possible Follow documented procedures for customer support, identifying and suggesting improvements where necessary Provide training and support to other Service Desk team members Key Experience: Experience in a 1st/2nd line customer support position Excellent communication skills Microsoft Office knowledge Problem solving skills Any experience in one or more of the following would be advantageous: SQL Windows Servers IIS If you are looking for an opportunity of this nature please contact RyanOatley@SpectrumIT.co.uk or call on 02380 765 286
