Stonewater is seeking a confident and customer-focused individual to join our Retirement Living team. We need someone who can support a busy and ambitious team that is always looking for opportunities to improve both internal processes and the services provided to our customers.

Your key responsibilities will include, but will not be limited to, providing administration support to the Assistant Director and members of the retirement living team, by:

- Collating and formulating general data from a range of sources and running internal reports;
- Developing a proficient working knowledge of all relevant internal software and systems;
- Supporting the development of an efficient administrative framework for keeping centralised records;
- Co-ordinating meetings, telephone and video conferences and coordinating travel arrangements;
- Creating and maintaining records in electronic folders, ensuring these are up to date and accessible;
- Responding to and answering or escalating email enquiries.

You should have excellent organisational and administrative skills, and the ability to multi-task and manage workloads to meet deadlines. Excellent IT and keyboard skills are a must, supported by a solid foundation in literacy and numeracy.

To be successful in this role, you will require a positive attitude and a proactive hands-on approach with the ability to communicate well at all levels with managers and team members, across multi-sites.

Ideally you should have at least 2 years' previous experience in either an administration or customer service environment.
