Employee Relations Advisor | ER Advisor | Employment Law Role
This role will be critical in providing high quality and accurate first level employment law advice and consultancy to key clients; from telephone / email advice to meeting with clients. Working as part of a key team you will progress into legal research for clarification, preparing documents to tribunal level, drafting documents and correspondence, reviewing employment law related documents such as staff handbooks and contracts for clients.
Employee Relations Advisor | ER Advisor | Employment Law Advisor Essential Criteria
- Detailed knowledge of employment legislation and its application
- Thorough understanding of applying HR policies and procedures within in the areas of employee conduct, sickness and absence, performance, grievance, disciplinary, investigations, dismissal
- Have provided guidance and coaching via telephone, email, reports, interviews, in person to line managers
- Able to build relationships quickly, influence stakeholders
- Highly organized, able to manage your own workload.
