Job Details:

A successful candidate will be a part of a staff development programme and there will be a full time position offered at the end of the apprenticeship.

Key Responsibilities:

As an IT & Telecoms support executive you will work as part of our service team to provide second line support to our resellers on our range of bespoke hosted telecoms products.

- Providing phone and email based 2nd line support on our range of products (training provided)
- Liaising with our technical team to resolve customer queries and faults
- Using our ticketing system to progress faults or customer development work

Required Skills:

- Aptitude for IT
- Good interpersonal
- Customer service skills.

Any IT qualifications would be beneficial.

Previous full time employment is also desirable.

Additional Information:

9.00am - 5.30pm, Monday - Friday.

Applicants must have access to a vehicle and have a full UK driving license. Office dress code is relaxed.

Lots of on the job training will be provided by your dedicated mentor and the wider team which will help build your skills and experience.
