We are looking for an enthusiastic individual to join a new scheme in the Staffordshire area. You would be managing a team of 20 in a large extra care facility.

Some of the key responsibilities you will undertake:

- Lead and direct the staff team
- Create a supportive environment that will enhance an individual's quality of life.
- Work with the staff team and residents to implement initiatives which will create a pleasant and vibrant community that encourages residents to take part in activities and social events.
- Complete a variety of housing management tasks including tenancy issues, voids, allocations and re-lets.
- Lead, monitor and co-ordinate the delivery of high quality, 24 hour person centred care and support in accordance with individual care plans.
- Ensure that all the activities completed support and promote choice and independence.
- Maximise the schemes income and ensure that accounts are regularly monitored
- Ensure that prompt and appropriate action to recover debts in line with policy and procedures are taken.

We are ideally looking for someone with the following:

- Experience of delivering care services through domiciliary services or care facilities
- Experience of managing housing related services (e.g. dealing with repairs, ASB issues, general tenancy management and voids).
- A good understanding of CQC regulations.
- Proven experience of managing high performing staff teams.
- Knowledge of the mental Capacity Act and DOLS.

You will need a clear DBS and be willing to take part in an Assessment Day
