Customer Service Desk Administrator (9-12 month contract)

An excellent opportunity to join a small but successful business to help cover maternity leave. In this role you will be required to co-ordinate all aspects of customer care: preparing and chasing quotations, processing sales orders as well as after sales support.

  • To operate an inhouse service centre package.

  • To co-ordinate engineer’s activities.

  • To process engineers job sheets ready for accounts to invoice.

  • To keep customer websites up to date.

  • Maintain service spreadsheets.

  • Process and upload quotes.

    The ideal candidate will have pervious customer service experience together with strong administrative and organisational skills.
