Job Description

The role:

You will be responsible for the resolution of Manager and Employee HR queries and requests that are escalated via the HR Portal or other channels as well as resolving immediate administrative queries and perform generalist HR transactional processing

Day to day:

- Provide first line advice to managers and employees for HR queries for reward and performance.
- Apply policy to resolve customer queries, providing advice and guidance on HR policy and process queries and application
- Produce MI to highlight HR issues, in line with defined HR metrics
- Serve as the first point of contact responsible for the accurate resolution of HR queries from candidates and managers
- Understand and be able to communicate HR policies, processes, and procedures to employees and managers
- Escalate individual or complex HR queries
- Collate and monitor feedback, exceptions and trends through queries to suggest amendments as required
- Respond to requests routed to the HR Team via phone, email, or the HR systems using standard scripts, FAQs, policy manuals, HR issue knowledge base, desktop procedures and other reference materials
- Consistently execute HR processes, using self-service technology, case management, and telephony as applicable
- Provide support to candidates and managers on accessing HR technology tools and applications and ensure they operate effectively and efficiently
- Assist candidates and managers in navigating the HR portal
- Perform data changes in HR systems
- Perform HR data entry and ad-hoc HR activities as required
