Our client is looking for a motivated individual who would like a career. You will support and assist our busy digital team in the administration, maintenance and development of their website and other e-commerce platforms.

This is a very fast-paced business so you will need a high level of organisation and be able to prioritise your workload and have good time management skills.

This role is fully IT based although full training will be given.

Main Role

  • Process orders from various e-commerce platforms and input into the internal CMS.
  • Follow the orders from the initial entry, through to despatch and invoicing
  • Provide a high level of customer service to web customers (via phone and e-mail)
  • Undertake the logistics administration for both UK and worldwide shipments via online web portal
  • Maintain and develop online product information documents (TDS, SDS)
  • Update and maintain product web descriptions
  • Accurately maintain large data sets in Excel, inputting new information as necessary.

Essential Skills and Experience

  • Knowledge of Microsoft Excel
  • Great organisational and multi-tasking skills
  • Eagerness to learn and advance IT skills
  • Strong communication skills
  • Care about attention to detail
  • Strong communication skills

Desirable but not essential

  • Knowledge of Magento, HTML, Adobe Photoshop, Microsoft Navision
