Lord Search & Selection are working with an innovative local authority who are known for their commitment to providing the highest-quality children's services, and recognised for their supportive leadership team.
Following a transformation of children's services and an expansion of their children's homes, they are seeking an ambitious professional for a newly created Registered Children's Home Manager role.
You will be an experienced Registered Manager or Deputy Manager, experienced with Ofsted's registration and inspection processes, and seeking an opportunity where you will be tasked with building a high-performing team to improve outcomes for children and young people.
