The Customer Service Administrator Job Role:

- Taking incoming calls from customers who have issues / fault with there products and services.
- Taking ownership of these issues and managing the customer journey through to resolution.
- Liaising with Engineers and internal teams.
- Ensuring customers are kept up to date via email and telephone.


- A proven background in Customer Service is ESSENTIAL.
- The ideal candidate must be able to work on their own initiative.
- Being able to multi task and work to strict deadlines.
- Must have excellent PC skills and attention to detail.
- Own transport would be preferred.
- You must be able to work within a busy and challenging environment.

The Package:

- A annual salary of £16,000 - £18,000 per annum.
- A Temporary to Permanent contract.
- Working within a large and expanding company.
- Hours of work 9am - 5:30pm.
- Free onsite parking.
