About you

You will be process driven with an excellent attention to detail, with strong communication skills, both written and orally, you will also be extremely well organised. You will be good at operating to tight deadlines, self-motivated and able to work as part of a team. You will also be able to deal with customers in a courteous and professional manner. IT Skills are an absolute must for this position and proficiency with Microsoft Office We also have our own in-house system which we are looking to change in the near future, so adaptability will also be required.

Your Day to Day

The hours of work are 09:00 to 17:00 with an hour for lunch. During that time, you will be using your organisational skills to ensure that all of the information we need to process an order is received and in place, and that all necessary stock is allocated to each order.

Reporting into the Sales Administration Manager, and supporting the Sales Team, you would be doing a variety of tasks:

- Process Machine Equipment Orders
- Check all required paperwork is received from the Sales Team prior to order processing
- Prepare & complete a profit and loss account for each machine / attachment sale
- Raise PDI / Customisation request to Service Dept. requesting quotations in advance for any items not listed on the PDI sheets
- Raise Machine / Attachment Invoices
- Arrange the necessary paperwork and transport for despatch of machines / collection of Trade-In units
- Liaise with the Sales Team on outstanding orders - for example notification of delays to machine arrivals / despatch
- Liaise with the Business Units
- Producing data / information for Sales Administration Manager
- Taxation of wheeled excavators
- Process Buy Back documents and maintain Buy Back records
- Liaise with Komatsu Finance on outstanding deals and expected payments
- Maintain / Update Sales Tracker
- Maintain / Update the Sales Administration Database
