An enviable opportunity has arisen to work with one of the UK's leading and innovative Medical Bed & Pressure Care manufactures .

Selling the high value capital equipment directly into NHS trusts, the successful candidate should have previous experience selling capital equipment or medical devices into the NHS. The territory will cover the North West down to the West midlands. My client is offering an extremely competitive basic salary + OTE + Car

The ideal candidate should:
- Be a self starter
- Extremely motivated
- Impressionable
- Customer and business awareness - Builds strong relationships with customers. Seeks to understand customer needs and balances them with the needs of business
- Communication - Active listener, gets message across clearly fitting style of communication to others. Communicates regularly. Uses questions to ensure acceptance and identify issues

Person Specification:
- Current sales person with demonstrable success in the Hospital and/or Community sales arena with in-depth knowledge of capital equipment.
- Evidence of building strong and productive relationships based on trust and integrity
- Successful in the healthcare arena, with knowledge of the NHS system and processes
- Record of success in selling medical devices, preferably in the field of wound care and compression therapy
- Previous experience in selling hospital beds or pressure care is advantageous
