Due to continued growth our client, a market leader Insurance broker is recruiting a Sales Administrator to work in a rapidly expanding team, based in Rugby.

The role:

The sales administrator role is responsible for the prompt issuing of insurance documentation, ensuring all customer records are correct. Chasing other insurance companies for documentation, chasing the sales team for relevant quotations. You will be working in an exceptionally busy environment where speed and accuracy is essential.

Other duties include but are not limited to:

· Issuing policy documentations and letters
· Updating client database
· Other general Admin duties

The candidate:

You will need good computer literacy especially in Excel and Word, be able to work to targets and strict deadlines. You will also need to be highly organised and an excellent team player.

Hours of Work:

Monday to Friday 0900 - 1730
2 x Saturday's per month 0900 - 1400
