GBP17,200pa (25,000 OTE which is uncapped!)

Monday - Friday

9am - 5pm

You will be working for a very well established, approachable and progressive company based in Tamworth. As the Account manager, you will be given exceptional training where you will later develop your career and have the chance to earn uncapped commission.

My client is looking for someone who is looking for a progression platform and can exceed their sale targets. You will join a very successful team and be working in the new beautiful modern offices.

  • Taking responsibility for a set of customers made up of historical accounts that order from consumables.

  • Responsible for managing the customers, day to day and their requirements, as well as developing the accounts by identifying, creating and closing new product core line sale opportunities and current promotions.

  • Building excellent relationships with your customers, understanding their requirements you are responsible for overcoming any daily obstacles to ensure the customer is retained and happy with our service.

  • Respond to customer enquiries efficiently and within time-scales

  • Use internal customer contact tools and systems, to manage the day to day running of your data, ensure systems are maintained and updated at all times.

  • Use excellent telephone and communication skills when talking to both external and internal customers, use appropriate propositions and ethical sales methods with a view to achieve objective and or business growth.

We are ideally looking for candidates with a successful background within a sales and account manager environment (not absolutely essential if you can demonstrate exceptional communication skills and the ability to engage with decision makers straight away. You will need to be target and money driven with excellent attention to detail. You need to have the ability to work on own initiative and under pressure. CRM experience is desirable.
