Are you currently seeking an exciting new career in Customer Service?

Our highly established client based in Tamworth is currently recruiting for a Customer Service Administrator to join their team on a Temporary to Permanent basis due to growth in the business.

Day to day duties include:

  • Providing full customer service support
  • Handling calls from customers regarding queries
  • Processing information for the customers
  • Using internal systems and databases
  • Drafting up documents
  • Processing complex invoices and documents
  • Ordering in materials and equipment
  • Checking and validating data
  • Resolving complaints and requires in a professional manner
  • Processing new instructions

Skills and experience required:

  • Strong communication skills both verbal and written
  • Ability to work under pressure
  • Excellent organisational skills
  • Ability to adapt to different IT systems
  • Able to work to deadline efficiently
  • Driver ideally due to location
  • Ability to work flexible working hours

Working hours:

Monday to Friday 8.30am - 5.00pm (for the first 12 weeks)

Will then go on to a shift pattern (1 in 5 , 1 in 10 weeks )

Salary:

GBP7.69 per hour
