If you are intelligent and positive, excellent communicator and you have "can-do" attitude, you could be part of our fun, fast-moving team where we recognise a job well done. We offer you one year contract role with a starting date on 4th of September 2017 until 30th of September 2018.

About the role

• You'll start with 6-weeks of training - on and off the job, where you will be well prepared to take calls from customers about anything and everything to do with billing
• You will resolving customer issues with positive outcome
• You will need to provide a positive and accurate service
• You wll be taking calls-inbound and using computer
• You will have flexible work shifts between 8 am -9 pm (any chosen time) and if you do work a Saturday you will have two consecutive days off the following week

About you

• You've ideally worked in a people-focused role before
• You are good listener with strong attention to details
• You have a good command of computer
• You like talking to people and have positive attitude
• You have "can-do" attitude and have excellent probem solving skills
• You have good telephone manners
• You possess GCSE's grades C and above or equivalent in Maths and English
