Contracts Manager - Construction & Civils
QPLtalent is delighted to be working again with this well established and well-respected construction business in the Warwickshire & Northamptonshire region.
Due to continued growth and expansion, our Client is now looking for an exceptional Contracts Manager who has previous experience within Construction and Civil Engineering.
As the Contracts Manager, you will be responsible for multiple contracts ranging from small works to large infrastructure projects, where you will be the main point of contact for Clients, Site Managers, Foreman, and sub - contractors. You will be tasked with ensuring that all work is completed on time and within agreed budgets. The management and supervision of the teams will be your responsibility and you will delegate tasks accordingly. Driving improvements where possible, liaising with the buying team to drive down spend and ensure that all Company policies and procedures are adhered to at all times.
As the Contracts Manager, you will identify any training needs, resolve any disputes which arise within the contracts, maintain daily records of progress and ensure that our Clients exceptional Health & Safety record is continued.
To be considered for this role you will have previous experience within the Construction Industry with a particular interest in Civil Engineering, have experience of working on high-value contracts, in depth knowledge of Health & Safety along with having managed teams in previous roles.
You will hold the required certification for the industry.
