Recruitment Co-ordinator - Warwick - up to GBP23,000
Our client is looking for an experienced Recruitment Co-ordinator to join their busy team and support with all HR and Recruitment processed involved in hiring new talent into the organisation,
As Recruitment Co-ordinator, you will act as the key point of contact between candidates, stakeholder and the internal recruitment team during the recruitment process. With excellent attention to detail and the ability to juggle a high work load, you will arrange and organise interviews, sending out relevant information to candidates. You will also, as Recruitment co-ordinator, provide feedback from interviews to candidates and likewise from candidates to hiring managers.
You will need to have an excellent working knowledge of Excel in order to maintain recruitment trackers and monitor the recruitment process. Part of your role will be to administer pre-employment check with prospective employees prior to starting, especially RTW checks.
To be successful in this role you will already be a competent Recruitment or HR Administrator or Co-ordinator familiar with recruitment processes. You'll have excellent attention to detail and be able to use systems and Excel easily.
