What does a Partnership Consultant do?

Working from home or a remote location you will build and maintain relationships with key employers, stakeholders and delivery partners. You will source eligible employers wishing to utilise learndirect for training courses and assistance programmes.
Some of the main accountabilities will include:
Promoting learndirect's adult skills programmes and courses across the Coventry area.
Working with employers to promote Maths and English and other courses for employed learners, to up-skill their workforce with functional skills.

Have you got what it takes?

Proven success in a target-driven sales environment, ideally related to recruitment, employment or business to business sales
Proven success in generating high levels of repeat business and success in developing and managing long term business partnerships
Strong and confident presentation, communication, and networking skills
Pragmatic and analytical problem-solving skills
A current valid driving licence and own car.
