Advance Logistics Support specialise in the supply and recruitment of quality drivers, transport and logistics personnel. We are looking for an Account assistant on a part time basis to assist with our finance team in a busy recruitment agency.
As a Part-time Accounts and Office Assistant your responsibilities will include:

- Process purchase and sales invoices on sage
- Post customer receipts and supplier payments
- Bank reconciliation
- Basic credit control where needed -Review debtors and chase for outstanding payments
- Input expenses
- Answering the telephone, directing calls and taking messages
- Data entry, basic scanning, filing and spreadsheet input
- Basic office housekeeping duties
- Assistance to our payroll department
- Other duties as and when required

EXPERIENCE
The right Part-Time Accounts and Office Assistant will have:

- Previous Accounts experience
- Knowledge of Sage 50 (preferred)
- Computer literacy in Microsoft office (including Excel)
- Previous experience in customer service (desirable)
- A presentable personality with a positive attitude
- Passion for hard work
- Excellent communication skills

This is a part time role, based in our Rugby office. We are ideally looking for someone 16-20 hours per week
