This is a rare and exciting opportunity for a confident and personable front of house candidate to join a small and friendly team at their stunning offices on the outskirts of Southam. This will be a full time permanent position working Tuesday to Saturday 8.30am till 6pm. Due to the rural location of the company all prospective candidates must drive and have their own transport.
We are searching for a candidate with excellent interpersonal skills both face to face and over the phone. You will be in charge of the front of house area responsible for meeting and greeting all visitors up to Director level. This will be a varied position that includes not only reception duties but administration, event management, marketing and social media, customer service and housekeeping.
Main duties of Office Coordinator:
Welcome and greet all clients
Answer all incoming telephone calls and manage an email inbox
Responsible for client bookings
Manage the team diary
Assisting with the organisation and management of private client events
Take payments from clients in person and over the telephone
Keep the shop floor tidy and the stock levels up to date
Upsell and cross sell on products to ensure maximum sales
Knowledge of Microsoft Office is key and experience of using Mac preferable.
You have must have the ability to multi-task, have close attention to detail, and be a team player.
Prioritising, time management and organisational skills
Relationship management skills and openness to feedback
Knowledge or interest in country life would be preferred
