Customer Service Administrator
36.25 hours between 8.30 and 5.30pm
Temp booking for 6 weeks to start as soon as possible
MAIN PURPOSE OF JOB:
To book movements, manage status and faults and deal with all enquiries providing excellent customer care for allocated accounts within the department.
Arrange and set up all movements as requested by the customer or business
To validate and authorise movements received via the Customer Web Portal
Proactively manage vehicle status and faults to ensure movements are carried out within given timeframe
Ensure all accounts are administered within service levels of the individual contracts meeting both the needs of the customer and business
To liaise with the operational teams to ensure that the individual contractual service levels are being met and bringing any shortfall to the attention of the Team Leader
Receive and make business calls dealing with queries and complaints in an appropriate manner
Provide excellent customer service at all times and strive to consistently exceed expectations
Ensure all aspects of invoicing for each contract are administered accurately and within agreed timescales
Due to the location, you will need to be a car driver.
