Sous Chef / Junior Sous Chef
An exciting opportunity for a Sous Chef or Junior Sous Chef to join a team based at a luxury hotel at a fine dining restaurant.
This position will suit an experienced Junior Sous Chef or a Chef de Partie ready to take on a new challenge.
You will take responsibility for ensuring the delivery of high standards of cuisine within the restaurant, private dining and weddings, creating fantastic memories for all guests.
You will support in ensuring the kitchen team are inspired to achieve targets and assist in managing departmental manpower and operating costs in line with budgets.
Supporting to deliver activities that continuously develop the skills and capabilities of your team, you will be committed to ensuring that every team member feels valued and engaged.
This hands-on role provides the opportunity to develop your supervisory skills in your interactions with team members.
