Financial Sales Adviser (stakeholder/simplified advice), covering South Derby
Due to continued expansion, our client, a highly ethical international provider of savings and investments, protection/personal insurance, and pension planning, has an opportunity for a Financial Adviser (simplified/Stakeholder advice-non regulated) covering the south of Derby area.
This is an employed role with an existing client database to develop, fully expensed car, basic salary and uncapped bonus. The role will involve some business development, so a track record in field sales would be highly beneficial.
Ideally from a financial services (or similar) background, you will receive comprehensive induction, product training and on-going mentoring/support will be given.
This is a home based role, so you will need to demonstrate self motivation and good organisational skills. The role offers the unique opportunity of a large database of clients to approach. You will need the confidence to contact the customer and arrange a meeting to conduct a financial review of their life cover, critical illness, savings and investments and protection cover.
Reporting to the Area Manager, the Financial Adviser will be required to achieve regular sales of new business to attain individual and company sales objectives whilst providing on going quality customer service.
In addition, the Financial Adviser will carry out the following:
Service existing customers through regular reviews.
Expand existing customer sales through these regular reviews.
Expand the customer base through referrals and other direct sales techniques if required.
Attend regular meetings with the Area Manager and colleagues.
Complete all documentation required by the Company.
