Working in a busy Kitchen for a well established hotel chain, cooking fresh food to order.

Client Details

My client is a hotel in Birmingham who have a requirement for an experienced Chef De Partie to join their committed and passionate team, working in their newly refurbished kitchen.



A Chef de Partie position is available at a hotel that will offer you the opportunity to prepare dishes for the hotel restaurant. Using high quality, fresh produce on a daily basis the successful Chef de Partie will be working to high standards in a stable team of chefs with plenty of opportunities to progress your career.



All Chef de Parties applying for this position must be experienced working with fresh food to a high standard when catering for large numbers of covers. This role may suit a Sous Chef who has been working in a good quality pub or restaurant but wants to move into a hotel kitchen environment.

Job Offer

Salary £18,000

The interview process for this role will include a 4 hour trial shift

Rotas are given every 2 weeks

Shifts are: 1.30am till 10.30am

Or 2.30pm - 11.00pm
