The Firm:

My client provide residential and commercial conveyancing services.

The parent company to my client has invested heavily in technology to make them stand out and be able to deliver exceptional conveyancing services in what is now a faster paced industry.

Job Description
Duties include:

Posting client/office receipts for banking, cheques, postal orders, cash and credit/debit cards onto SAGE
Payment to clients
Reconciliations of client account ledgers
Petty cash
Credit control
Purchase ledger
Bank Reconciliations
Monthly billing
Annual routines

The Successful Applicant

2 years experience working as a Legal Cashier
Good working knowledge of SRA
Experience working on Sage 50
Negotiation skills
Positive attitude to work

What's on Offer
Part time hours - ideally Tuesday, Wednesday Friday (this is flexible however) 9am-5.30pm
