Telephone Account Manager - Role Overview:
You will be responsible for identifying opportunities across the product portfolio within an account base. The successful candidate will develop key relationships across accounts and actively seek to understand their business requirements both short and long term, providing excellent customer service in all transactions.

Working with other teams across the business you will ensure that all areas of the account are being run effectively. If you are a driven individual with a willingness to learn and develop your career, our client, will support you to do this.

Telephone Account Manager - Required Skills / Experience:

  • 12 months+ experience in lead development or business development
  • Articulate and influential lead identification and qualifying skills
  • Ability to reach prospects using suggestive techniques
  • Skilled at open-ended questions
  • Excellent sales and prospecting skills, ideally in B2B (Business to Business)
  • Motivation to overachieve against target and a track record of doing so
  • Good organization and time management skills
