At E.ON Energy Installation Services Ltd, our teams help our customers with energy saving services and measures in order to help them to reduce energy waste and, in some cases, ease fuel poverty. External wall insulation, new heating systems, boilers, loft insulation, cavity wall insulation - the list goes on.



Right now, we are looking for an experienced sales manager to set up, scale and manage our nationwide home sales team. You will be tasked with optimizing our sales processes and performance. Your main role will be to ensure our sales teams exceed their sales targets and deliver a product of the highest quality, and make sure the customer journey is constantly being improved. Your proven track record in managing a sales business will see you lead in improving our NPS score, and ultimately provide a service that customers are consistently attracted to.

As an experienced contracts manager, you will also have no problem managing relationships with our key external stakeholders such as devolved governments, private developers, commercial customers and many more. Your relationship with these customers will have a big part to play in the delivery of our Business plan, and to our P&L targets. As comfortable in the office with the leadership team as in our customers’ homes with our energy experts, you will exert your influence across the value chain always driving our sales team forward. Required profile:

What we need from you:
•Degree qualified/business qualifications beneficial

•Proven background in developing and managing a directly employed sales team

•Extensive knowledge of in the home sales process

•Strong attention to detail is key, as you will be dealing with data analysis and report preparation, as such, you will have to be precise and consistent in your work

•Experienced in managing contracts and contractors, particularly with performance elements

•Have exceptional communication skills, as you will engage with various stakeholders through the value chain and will be comfortable in both the office, and out on site



It would be great if you had:
•Good understanding of the energy efficiency industry, including PV/Heating/External wall, both from a technical and commercial standpoint, and will be able to pick up any new concepts as required

•FCA compliance/knowledge

•Practical SHEQ experience preferable in customer facing solutions business

•Communicating across all levels and good customer facing experience
