We are currently looking to recruit a Project Co-ordinator to join our team. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who has a proven track record working within a fast-paced environment.

About the Role

Proactively supporting the Property Development Team in this role you’ll oversee all administrative processes, capital spend and account management relating to new store, refit and franchise store projects.

Key accountabilities of the role will include:

  • Communicating all key project stages inc meeting invitations, project pipeline updates & date changes
  • Order placement as per site requirements detailed by Project Manager
  • Collation of associated project quotations in readiness for Project Manager review
  • The distribution of purchase order numbers to suppliers and contractors prior to project commencement
  • The payment of supplier invoices within their agreed payment terms
  • Ensuring that all project packs are made available to the relevant teams at the agreed times
  • The instruction of measured & asbestos surveys where required on refit & franchise store projects
  • Ensuring asbestos reports are up to date on Property Database & made available to wider business
  • The review of team processes to identify areas of improvement that can be implemented
  • The tracking of capital spend against budgeted amounts ensuring that all team members
  • Working closely with finance colleagues to ensure capital projects are cleared down to highlight available funds to be re-used by the business

The successful candidate will have the following skills & experience:

  • A natural leader and coach with the ability to get the best out of others
  • Previous management experience desirable
  • Competent in the use of all Microsoft Office applications
  • High organisational skills – ability to adapt to changing circumstances and workload
  • Keen eye for detail – ability to analyse and interpret data
  • Confident and resilient, able to challenge where required
  • Effective communication skills
  • Previous experience of e5/Cedar order system – desirable but not essential
