What will I be doing as a Regional Corporate Sales Executive?

We know we have some great services to offer, and we want you to introduce them to new clients in your area. In practice, that means spotting development opportunities and making sure SUEZ, recycling and recovery UK is invited to bid for strategically important regional contracts. You’ll be developing tailored tender responses and giving client presentations that will result in new additions to our regional portfolio. When a new customer agrees to join us, you’ll be our 'central bid manager’, negotiating and configuring a contract solution. You’ll then ensure the new business is implemented smoothly, so that the customer has a totally positive experience. However, we’ll only win new business if our offering is competitive. This means you’ll have to compare SUEZ, recycling and recovery UK with the rest of the market and continually adapt our proposition to be in line with evolving legislation and market developments. In short, you’ll be in charge of refining our regional sales proposition, building our profile within the market place and developing a market position for our brand.

What are the requirements? (experience and qualifications)

Commercially sharp and financially aware, you’ll have a track record of winning and developing new large customers. You’ve worked in a senior sales role before and know how to deliver high service levels, create a great customer experience and manage expectations, all whilst maximising profits. As you’d expect, strong communication skills are needed. You will preferably have sound knowledge of the

UK waste and resource management industry, but it is not essential, as industry training can be given. However, strong sales experience and previous success is a must have.
